How does job scheduling work?

Job scheduling in Tradiemate is important to keep everyone up to date with what the plan is for each job, and so that your staff know which jobs they're assigned to each day.
There are three parts to the Schedule.
The Schedule tab in each job
This will show the overall schedule for each job. You can populate this early on, without providing set dates or assign to staff or sub contractors, and then add those extra details later on.
You can add and remove assignees from a schedule item, change the dates and edit the title/notes.

The Scheduled Jobs window
This is where you can view and manage all the jobs for the date period selected. By default, it will show the remaining days of this week, but can be change to any date range. From here you can quickly assign new jobs and assign staff or sub contractors to a schedule.

The My Jobs window
This is for staff members to be able to login and view their assigned jobs for the week. It shows up on their Dashboard, and links them to the job where they can fill out time sheets, get all details they need to start the job and add photos or notes.
