Inviting new users to your organisation

Get started with your team on Tradiemate by inviting your team members to join.
First navigate to the Settings window from the left hand side navigation bar.
In the Users section, click Invite new user

Add their Email address and Position and then click Invite

They will then receive an email with instructions on how to create an account and join your team.
By default, when you add a new user to your team, they will have limited Staff access permissions.
If you want them to be a full user, once they have accepted your request to join, you will need to edit their permissions.
Click the Menu icon beside their name, and then choose Edit Permissions.

Then choose whether you want them to be a Full or Staff user, and also whether you want them to have access to other specific areas of your business on Tradiemate.
